A warm community café with a bigger purpose: every shift trains a young adult, and every cup you buy helps them towards employment and independence.

Why a café?

Real customers build real confidence

You cannot practise the working world from a classroom. At Pippa's, our trainees take orders, make drinks, handle the till and work as a team, with mentors beside them the whole time. Confidence earned here carries straight into interviews and first jobs.

The café also welcomes 16 to 18 year olds who need alternative education provision or work experience for college applications, and hosts life-skills visits for local school groups, including SEND learners.
